A mixture of "normal" and "peaberry" coffee beans laid out for drying in the sun in Phahee near Mae Sai in Chiang Rai province in Northern Thailand in May 2019. This is an rea where a large amount of high quality coffee is grown and harvested and, once dried, the "peaberry" beans, (effectively a double coffee bean), will be removed by hand and sold separately
